Return & Exchanges

At RCKC INDIA, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible.

Exchange Policy:

▪ We offer an exchange policy for our unstitched products only

▪ We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of the date of delivery.

▪ The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.

▪ The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.

▪ The delivery charges of the product exchanged will be borne by the customer

▪ The exchange will happen only once.

▪ Pieces once exchanged, are no longer eligible for return.

▪ The exchange must be sent to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.

▪ Orders placed against credit notes are considered as exchange orders, and will not be eligible for further exchange or return.

▪ Exchanged products will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Return Policy:

▪ The return must be delivered to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.

▪ The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.

▪ The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.

▪ The delivery charges of the product returned will be borne by the customer

▪ The return will happen only once.

▪ Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.

▪ The refund may take up to 12 working days to credit in your account.

Any sort of customised orders ( pre-stitched saree, stitched blouse, stitched outfit, length alterations, etc.) are not eligible for exchange or return.

3. Product Defects:

▪ No exchange or refund will be done for any product defects after a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.4. We have an exchange policy of 7 days!
